The State of UGC 2023

EnTribe conducted an online survey in April 2023 to measure the attitudes of consumers ages 18 and over toward influencers, creators, and a brand's use of UGC. We found that consumer trust of influencers continues to wane, while peer recommendations and a brand's use of content from actual consumers continues to rise. It's clear that user-generated content (UGC) drives positive brand perception and purchase behavior.
